NEW ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION!
Parents can now use TeacherEase to conveniently make online payments for student fees and replenish lunch accounts—all from the comfort of home!

• Pay student fees online
•Pay fees for ALL of your children from one convenient page
• Make payments from a computer, phone, or tablet using TeacherEase
• Receive a receipt immediately for your records
HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT:
1️⃣ Log in to your TeacherEase Parent Portal
2️⃣ Go to Parent Main > Miscellaneous > Fees
3️⃣ Select Make Online Payment
4️⃣ Click Continue
5️⃣ Enter your credit/debit card information
6️⃣ Click Submit Payment
7️⃣ Your receipt will be available on the next screen
7–12 OPEN HOUSE
We’re excited to welcome students and families to our 7–12 Open House on Tuesday, August 25, from 6:00–7:30 PM!
Pick Up Your Schedule Early!
This year, student class schedules will be available before Open House. Parents and students may pick up schedules at the 7–12 building August 17–25, anytime between 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
If you don’t pick up your schedule in advance, you can access your student’s schedule through the TeacherEase app.
Please note: Schedules will NOT be handed out during Open House.
