Northeast Vernon County R-I School District (hereinafter the “District” or “NEVC”) is a rural K–12 school district located in Walker and Schell City, Missouri, serving approximately 190 students and 45 staff members across its Elementary School and High School campuses. The District is committed to providing a safe, reliable, and modern technology environment in direct support of student learning, staff productivity, and operational excellence.
The District hereby solicits competitive proposals from qualified managed services providers (hereinafter “Vendor” or “Proposer”) to deliver comprehensive technology management and support services for the 2026–2027 school year. The District intends to evaluate all responses and may elect to award a contract for all, some, or individual service areas — or may choose not to award any contract — at its sole discretion.
• The services and solutions described in this Request for Proposal are NOT intended to utilize E-Rate (Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund) funding for this specific bid project.
• Vendors shall NOT include E-Rate discount pricing, USAC compliance obligations, or E-Rate program requirements in their proposals in response to this RFP.
• Pricing submitted in response to this RFP must reflect full, lowest, and best pricing from the bid respondent for the requested services and any related required gear and/or software.
• The District may separately pursue E-Rate funding for other technology initiatives outside the scope of this RFP.
