Northeast Vernon County R-1 encourages all qualified persons interested in running for a school board position to file as a candidate for the April 7, 2026, election. Three positions on the Northeast Vernon County R-1 Board of Education are available; each board member will serve a three-year term.
Anyone interested in filing for candidacy on the Northeast Vernon County R-1 Board of Education for the April 2026 election must file at the District Administrative Office.
Beginning on Tuesday, Dec. 9, and ending on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2025.
