We are excited to welcome new families with children from prenatal stages up to kindergarten entry ages to enroll in our Parents as Teachers universal access program! NEVC is requesting that all pre-school-age families enroll in Parents as Teachers. Our services are entirely free, with no income or eligibility criteria. Plus, you will receive a book at every visit!
As an extra benefit in collaboration with El Dorado Springs PAT, families can receive free diapers or pull-ups every month until your child reaches the age of four, provided you complete your monthly visits as well!
To pre-register for our program, kindly complete the form below. A Certified Parent Educator will contact you within the month to schedule visits for the 2025-2026 school year. Please note that spots are limited; once the parent educator's caseload is full, a waitlist will be created. So, make sure to sign up today!
